You did the red one a number of years ago and it still looks great. The black one is the one you did last winter. Everyone who see's it has a hard time believing it's powder coated and not painted. You have been powdercoating my Whizzer motorbikes for eight years plus now and whenever i take them to a show people find it hard to believe it's powdercoating. Not many people have confidence to powder coat a gas tank since its a focal point on these bikes but the way you put the powder on out there and its turns out fantastic as always. Thanks again for always doing a class A job on my restorations and making my hobby of rebuilding a little easier. Hope you are around for years.............. MILAN, February 23, 2007 Donatella Versace was the first person to find a good name for the elusive chemical-bright turquoise that has shot through the best collections of Milan: She called it litmus-paper blue. Her use of it was spot-on, as was a startling red and a single bolt of sulfuric green, as well as chic contrasts of black, camel, and white. Is this the most important news to come out of Versace? Maybe: Bold color innovation combined with a pared-down, superprecise shape can make a collection jump this season. It cross-references with both Prada and Jil Sander. Perhaps this is becoming the twenty-first century's first run at making minimalism exciting—and who would have guessed that Gianni Versace's little sister would be involved in that? But she is. Donatella Versace has stripped off the gold Medusa heads, canned the scarf prints, and set about cutting a strong, feminine silhouette. "It's about a bell shape. Controlled volume. Black and white—and color to put the life in," she said. The "bell" is actually a kind of molded hourglass, emphasizing the waist and hips, but constructed in a demi-couture manner that neatly avoids constricting vulgarity. Versace used it in techno-fabric dresses, jackets, and tailored coats, and in one amazing dyed red fox that had been shaved into that shape in the midsection. Chado Ralph Rucci presented his fall collection in his SoHo showroom, as a salon-style show venue. with its floor-to-ceiling wall of mirrors. This allowed the designer to have complete control over the proceedings, and it also allowed every guest -- all of whom sat facing said mirrors -- a clear and unobstructed view of the celebrities in the front row crew of celebrities it was, with Patti Smith seated on one end, Martha Stewart seated on the other, and Whoopi Goldberg, Fran Lebowtiz and Ashford and Simpson in the middle - the latter two sandwiching a caped and bejewelled Andre Leon Talley, Many of the looks here felt decidedly sexier (dare we say younger?), than in seasons past, as seen in a black knitted mink/fox tunic, a fitted black leather jacket paired with a swingy above-the-knee skirt, a navy, sheer-seamed shirt dress that shimmered like wet pavement at midnight and a black wool jersey dress that was slashed with panels of neon pink taffeta - all of which were worn with thigh-high boots and twisted hand and finger wraps that nodded to Rucci's fascination with Japanese culture remarkable techniques and exquisite indulgences Rucci is known for.
